Deciding to begin therapy is one of the most important acts of self-care. It is a moment when you acknowledge that, despite all your efforts, something still keeps you from living fully. It is natural to feel helpless in such a place, or to notice that no matter how hard you try, the same patterns keep repeating in your relationships and your thoughts.
My role is to create a space where you can safely meet what has so far blocked your access to your own strength and authentic needs. This is a place where, step by step, you begin to experience that change is possible, and regardless of the form of our sessions, the focus is always on you and your personal journey.
Sometimes, to move forward in life, you simply need to start walking.
When you feel stuck – whether in challenges, emotions, or overwhelming thoughts – it can be hard to see the way forward. In such moments, a change of surroundings may be the key to gaining a new perspective.
Walk & Talk is a unique form of therapy that blends the depth of a therapeutic conversation with the healing power of nature and gentle movement. It is an invitation to connect with yourself in a space that naturally soothes, opens, and lets you breathe.
Surrounded by Norwegian forests, mountains, fjords, and coastline, your nervous system can begin to regulate itself. Nature, with its calm and fresh air, eases tension and offers a pause from daily stress and the pace of modern life.
Gentle movement during a walk awakens your life energy, supports the relaxation of your body, and enhances your awareness of your inner sensations. When the body is in motion, the mind quiets down, creating more space within you – for what you feel and what you truly need.
You feel overwhelmed by stress and overwhelming thoughts, and you long for a sense of space and calm.
You feel stuck and know that movement can bring change to both your body and your mind.
You yearn for connection with nature and intuitively sense that spending time outdoors can bring you comfort.
You are in a challenging phase of life and need gentle yet grounding support through change.
The thought of a traditional session in a therapy office feels intimidating or too intense.

Walk & Talk is much more than a conversation during a walk. It brings three natural allies into the therapeutic process to support your healing journey:
As we walk, the mind naturally quiets, and the body grounds. The rhythmic movement supports emotional processing, helps break through stagnation, and releases tension stored in the body. Thoughts begin to flow more freely, and new perspectives emerge naturally.
Being in greenery, open spaces, and fresh air naturally regulates the nervous system. The presence of nature reduces pressure, allows you to breathe, and provides a safe backdrop for difficult conversations.
Walking side by side and looking in the same direction, the relationship becomes more natural. For many, this form allows greater openness and ease in sharing vulnerable experiences.

You begin to see yourself and your life in a new light, as movement and nature open you to other ways of approaching challenges.
You reconnect with the wisdom of your body, which guides you toward what you truly need.
In the rhythm of your steps, you find inner stillness and more space to breathe.
Walking side by side makes it easier to open up, feel a sense of closeness – both with others and with yourself.

There are stories that can only be told in silence and full presence. There are wounds that need an intimate, safe space to heal. Because wounding often happens in relationships, it is within a relationship that true recovery becomes possible.
“Recovery takes place within the context of relationships; it cannot occur in isolation.” — Judith Herman
Individual therapy, whether in-person or online, is an invitation to an inner journey that you do not have to take alone. I create a space of safety and trust where you can go deeper, discover what has been hidden, and experience what it feels like to be fully seen and received.
This shared journey leads to discovering your most important relationship – the one with yourself. You consciously observe how old wounds, still present in your body, emotions, and beliefs, affect you, and gradually release the survival strategies that may now limit you. In moments of difficulty or doubt, I am by your side – supporting your connection with what is alive in the present moment.
Through this process, transformation unfolds: a return to embodied presence, a sense of freedom, the ability to choose, and authentic strength. This becomes your inner foundation and a source you can draw from as you move toward a fuller, more authentic life.
You need a stable, predictable space where you can fully open up.
You struggle with a harsh inner critic, perfectionism, or a sense of being “too sensitive”.
You find it difficult to express your needs and set healthy boundaries.
You feel disconnected from your body and emotions, often “knowing” but not truly “feeling”.
You long for deeper connection – with yourself and with others – especially when painful patterns keep repeating in your relationships.
You are facing a life transition and need deep, focused support in finding a new way forward.

In contrast to the dynamic movement of Walk & Talk, individual sessions – whether in-person or online – offer a space for stillness and inward focus. This allows us to go deeper and gently explore what lies in the unconscious.
The therapy room is your safe haven – a place where you can set aside masks and allow yourself to be fully yourself, with your sensitivity, pain, and longings. In online sessions, you create a similar safe space for yourself within the comfort of your own home.
At the heart of our work is an attuned and authentic relationship. Within it, step by step, you can experience being yourself – without pretending, and in full acceptance. This experience becomes the foundation for building healthier relationships with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
Using relational trauma therapy methods and attuning to the wisdom of your body, we focus on what arises within you in the here and now. We do not analyze the past, instead we mindfully observe how old wounds stored in the body, emotions, and beliefs influence your present life. This allows for gradual healing, reconnecting with your own resources, and reclaiming a real sense of agency in your life.

We begin from where you are – your fear, sadness, tension, or sense of being lost. The first step is to ease what troubles you most and give you a moment of relief.
We pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and body. You begin to recognize that your reactions come from past experiences, and that what you feel is understandable and can be made sense of.
This stage involves deeper work. We uncover what lies behind your difficulties and explore new ways of responding. Even as you face what hurts, you begin to see that you have choices and real influence over your life.
We conclude when you feel equipped with the resources and strength to navigate life independently. This is the moment when you move forward with greater self-confidence and healthier relationships.

If you feel that it is time to start rewriting your story, I invite you to take this journey together – in the office, online, or at a Walk & Talk among the trees. Choose a convenient time and see if this session might be your first step toward a change.
I work with people who feel lost in relationships and self-criticism, helping them gradually regain trust in themselves and the sense that they are enough.
